Renner Johnston - Associate

Since joining Mogavero Notestine Associates in 1997, Renner has served as Project Manager on various residential, retail and mixed-use projects. Renner places specific emphasis on elements of each project that provide for pedestrian-friendly environments and accessibility to transportation.

Recently, Renner oversaw a 120-unit student residential development in the City of Davis where the design encourages a sense of community for its student residents and maximizes the site's immediate connection to the UC Davis campus.

Renner has also worked on several prominent planning projects including, the Modesto Village One Town Center where multi-family residences, office and retail spaces fit into a master-planned community.
