Water Technology
As one of our most valuable natural resources, especially in areas such as our own home state of California, water has come to the forefront of conservation efforts. In our planning and design projects we strive to control and purify the pollutants that enter the water cycle on site. For instance in the SMUD parking lot design, drainage flows into an specially designed landscaped area to detain and purify the effluents from pavement systems.
Other technologies with which the firm has experience include grey water systems and water conserving landscapes and plumbing fixtures. The advancement of plumbing systems and landscaping options have made even greater water conservation possible.
