This project involves the planning and architectural design of a small neighborhood retail center at the intersection of Elk Grove Boulevard and Waterman Road in the growing city of Elk Grove.

This center is anchored by a Safeway grocery store and is the focal point of a new community that is intended to be pedestrian friendly.
