City Walk Condominiums

Mogavero Notestine Associates were managing principals for the development of this attached housing project located on an infill, redevelopment site in downtown Sacramento. The goal of the project was to act as a catalyst for Downtown condominium development.

The design follows a modern interpretation of patterns in the historic district of Sacramento. Consisting of three buildings around a central common courtyard, the 12-condominium/townhomes are 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 baths. The corner unit is a live/work configuration with retail space featuring an artist's gallery on the ground floor and living space above.

Each home has its own front porch, a rear deck, and a private backyard. The secured, shared parking, which is subterranean, allows for denser site utilization while providing a traditional raised porch at the street.
