American River Plaza
This was a revitalization of a strip retail shopping center in Folsom.
Our goal was to create a more comfortable and inviting place to shop by reinforcing the sense of arrival and community.
Under consideration were increasing the density of the center to offer more shopping variety; integrating mixed-use; expanding the size of the current Ralph's store; and redesigning the facades of the retail units for a more contemporary appearance.
