Renovations

We believe that smart growth and the development of sustainable neighborhoods build better communities. An important part of community development is the revitalization of neighborhoods which includes the renovation of and additions to existing structures.

We understand that renovation projects require a sophisticated level of expertise. Our goal in renovation is to be sensitive to the existing structure and to strike a balance between respect for the past and the recognition of present needs.

Our firm, with its team of seasoned professionals has extensive experience in renovations and additions for all types of construction from Type I through Type V. From dealing with older structures to maneuvering the approval process we understand the elements involved. We first evaluate existing building systems and critical construction details including the identification and cost of deferred maintenance items. This investigation minimizes the potential for expensive change orders during the course of construction.
